Ash Wednesday begins the church season of Lent, the 40 days leading up to Easter. It is a reflective day on which we receive ashes on our forehead and remember Jesus’ fasting and prayer in the desert. Fairfield will commemorate Ash Wednesday with a simple worship service at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary. We invite you to worship with us in person.
