- Use the Virginia Blood services web sight.

Virginia Blood Services provides blood to any area hospital that is in need, as requested.
We are the primary provider to 3 level one trauma centers in Virginia including VCU Medical Center, UVA Medical Center and one in Washington DC.
We are the primary provider to all of the Veteran’s hospitals in Virginia including McGuire VA Medical Center, which is the only VA hospital in the US that performs heart transplants.
